Questions
Everything to know before you start
Getting started
Is this coaching, a course or an AI writing tool?
No. MOS is a business operating system for established experts. It guides you through decisions about positioning, pricing, offers, revenue, content, prospecting and sales, and builds documents and work you can keep. Its advisors are AI, not people; you bring the expertise, judgment and decisions.
Why can’t I just use ChatGPT, Claude, Perplexity?
You can, and they’ll give you answers. They work from what you bring them, so the thinking about your business is all on you. MOS does that thinking with you. It was built around how expertise is positioned, priced and sold, so it asks the questions an experienced advisor would ask, builds each part of your business on the others, and keeps building on what you’ve already worked out as your business changes. Your expertise and your decisions stay at the center.
Do I need to know how to prompt AI?
No. You need to know what you are trying to accomplish, not how to phrase it. Tell Layla, your concierge, in plain English and she brings in the right advisor, who asks you the questions rather than waiting to be asked.
Are the advisors real people?
No. They are AI advisors that run on our founder’s methodologies. They ask questions, challenge your assumptions and produce real documents for your business. Every deliverable is saved to your History as a Word document you can download.
Will it remember my business between sessions?
Yes, for as long as you are a member. One shared record holds your positioning, pricing, offers, goals and prior work, so each advisor builds on what already exists instead of starting over. You can review and correct it under Profile.
Do I get a list of leads?
No, and you should know that before you buy. MOS has no contact database and never hands you names or email addresses. You get the targeting: the titles and alternative titles, the organizations to aim at and the ones to skip, the trigger events, searches to run on LinkedIn and Google, and the message that opens the door. You find the people and send from your own email or LinkedIn.
Does MOS check in with me, or do I have to remember?
It checks in. Once you have built the relevant work, MOS prompts a review of your revenue roadmap every 30 days, a content-plan refresh every 30 days, an offers review every 90 days and a business profile refresh every 90 days, each on your plan only. The Content Engine emails you when each week’s content is ready. Check-ins are prompts on your dashboard and by email; MOS does not track your deals or sales.
Plans and billing
How do the plans differ?
Plans differ mainly by the business work included. MOS Positioning gives you the full Positioning Blackprint. The Content Engine includes positioning and the content work. The Profit Engine includes full positioning, pricing, offers, revenue, prospecting and sales. MOS Complete includes both engines plus campaigns. MOS uses specialized AI advisors behind those workflows; you do not have to choose a plan by learning their names.
Do I have to finish positioning before using the Profit Engine?
No. Full positioning is included. If a Positioning Blackprint would help the work you are doing, MOS can suggest it; you can complete it or continue with the context you have.
Should I buy both engines or Complete?
If you need both, choose Complete. The MOS Content Engine and MOS Profit Engine are $147 a month each; bought together they share one monthly credit allowance. MOS Complete is $247 a month with 12,000 credits and adds campaign planning.
What are credits, and will I run out?
Credits meter the AI work behind your conversations and your content. Each engine includes 5,000 a month and MOS Complete includes 12,000. MOS tells you when you reach 75 percent, and you can buy a credit pack yourself: $49 for 2,500 or $89 for 5,000. MOS Positioning is different: a single grant of 1,500 credits for your 90 days, not a monthly allowance.
Is MOS Positioning a subscription?
No. It is one payment of $67 for 90 days of access and 1,500 credits, and it does not renew. If you upgrade to a subscription inside those 90 days, your $67 is credited to the price.
Can I pay monthly or yearly?
Either, on any subscription. Annual is billed once a year and works out at two months free: $1,470 for either engine and $2,470 for Complete. MOS Positioning is one-time only.
Can I cancel anytime, and do you give refunds?
You can cancel anytime, and your access continues through the billing period you have already paid for. There are no refunds except where required by law. The full terms are in the User Agreement.
Content and connections
What does the Content Engine actually do each week?
It drafts your next week of content from your content plan, in your approved voice and on your brand kit, and emails you when it is ready. You review, edit, ask for a rewrite, approve or delete. Nothing is published without your approval.
Will the graphics look like my brand?
Yes. Every card is built from the colors and fonts on your brand kit, including a licensed font you upload.
Does MOS make video, or just scripts?
Both. MOS builds vertical reels from photos and clips you upload, with your captions on brand. It does not film anything for you, so when you want to be on camera it writes the script and the brief instead. Send a transcript back afterwards and it becomes posts, a newsletter section, show notes and pull quotes.
Does it publish for me, and do I need GoHighLevel?
MOS never posts to social media itself, and GoHighLevel is not required. If you connect GoHighLevel, the posts you approve schedule into your Social Planner on the days and times you set. Without it, copy or download everything, including the multipage PDF LinkedIn needs for carousels, and post it yourself.
Don’t have GoHighLevel? Get GoHighLevel. Affiliate link. We earn a commission if you sign up, at no extra cost to you.
Can I run more than one business on it?
Yes. One account can hold several brands, each with its own voice, brand kit, buyer intel and content, switched from the top bar. They draw on the same monthly credits rather than an allowance each.
Can I connect my own AI agent?
Yes, in both directions. Your own assistant can ask MOS what your positioning is or what is due this week, and MOS can notify it when something is ready. Setup is under Connections, and only your own results are shared.
Data and ownership
What happens to what I put into it?
Your work is never used to train MOS, and nothing you type changes what another member is told. What you enter runs your account: your history, the record the advisors share, your dashboard. The full terms, including how the underlying AI providers handle it, are in the User Agreement.
Who owns the content and the documents?
You do. Everything MOS produces for you is yours to use, publish, sell and keep. If your access ends, you have 30 days to download everything, and we permanently delete your brand content 90 days after it ends. We email you before that happens.
Support and boundaries
Is there access to Kelly?
Yes. Customers who have worked with the advisors can book an optional 30-minute Strategic Advisory Session with Kelly Charles-Collins, Esq. for $500, subject to availability. It is separate from the MOS subscription and is not legal advice.
Is the free Buyer Intel Report access to MOS?
No. The Premium Buyer Intel Report is a real report for your business, emailed as a Word document, and it is yours whether or not you buy. It is not access to MOS, and nothing renews.
Does MOS guarantee results?
No. A pricing recommendation is not a guarantee a buyer will accept it, a revenue roadmap is a plan rather than a forecast, and The Repositioning features a fictional expert, not a client result.
Does MOS replace my lawyer, accountant, or licensed advisor?
No. MOS provides business strategy only. It does not provide legal, medical, tax, accounting or regulated financial advice.
